Return & Exchange

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns on all items in a resaleable condition complete with tags. The item must be unworn and in original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at cost.

We will offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return it back to us within 21 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return, however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

Please note we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are also non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, it may be worth considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is also advisable to keep your shipping receipt just in case your shipment fails to reach our offices. This represents proof that you have sent the item back. If you hold on to this and your Return doesn’t turn up, then a claim by yourself can be submitted to the parcel carrier.

Exchanges

To begin an exchange please go to returns.xozil and enter your order number & email. Once we have confirmed availability of your replacement product you will need to send your item back to our stock centre.

Once we have checked the condition of your item and confirmed the availability of the requested exchange we will send out the replacement free of charge. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If possible please check with your bank that the payment is not pending. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@xozil.com
